The property is located in Siófok city center. In the neighborhood there are good shopping facilities like food stores and restaurants. It's easy to get on foot to the other shops railway station, post office, travel agencies money changers discotheques next to the city center. The distance from the beach it is very favourable about 500m and to get to the see walking about 8-10 minutes.

The house is brand new building with double bedrooms, every room belongs to shower, toilet and terrace. The rooms has an extra bed after request /for children/. The guests can use a common place: a mounted kitchen with cooker refriregators, coffee mashines etc. - TV certainly with german and english programms- advetitious for cooking request, for culinary and chating purpose.

Beyound double bedrooms there is an appartement for 4 persons with little kitchen shower, toilet, terrace, TV. Appartement is suitaible for family with 2 children too.

The house court has cladding road surface and landscaped park provides a pleasant milieu to the guests. There is good opportunity for having grill and little barbeque party. Cars can be parked safely in closed court.

Our prices are valid in case of one week booking and longer time or shorter time according to agreement. The rooms can be available take over from 12 am and leave till 10 am. Pets are not allowed!
